PTM & signaling
Quantify phosphorylation and other modifications driving signaling.
Cells make decisions through post-translational modifications, not through changes in protein amount alone.
A single phosphosite can switch a pathway on in seconds — visible only when analyzing the phosphoproteome. We measure tens of thousands of sites in a single measurement.
Phosphoproteomics can be applied to cell line samples and tissue samples alike. We enrich and quantify phospho- and other PTM-peptides, localize the sites with high-resolution MS, and turn site-level data into kinase- and pathway-level insight into what a cell is actually signaling.
Next to the analysis of phosphosites, we offer extensive PTM profiling to explore the acetylome, the methylome, and the ubiquitinome.
Typical study designs
- Phosphoproteomics of cell lines, fresh frozen tissue and FFPE tissue
- PTM site discovery and localization
- Kinase-pathway activity profiling
- Multi-PTM crosstalk studies

Every study that is executed incorrectly consumes valuable sample material, and, more importantly, wastes time and manpower. In our fast-paced scientific environment, these resources cannot be recovered.
