We offer two types of assays that we can recommend: production of targeted MS-based assays including heavy-labeled internal standards and the production of minibinders including assay development.
For targeted MS-based assays, you will get absolute quantification with the highest reproducibility. After discovery, we will produce heavy internal standards for your project and develop targeted assays. We lock the instrument onto your candidates with targeted acquisition for precise, repeatable quantification. The application can run for validation on your discovery cohort or, for more validation power, move to independent cohorts. The whole protocol, from internal standard design to targeted assay MS method, will be transferred to you, or we can run the assay in-house for you.
Alternatively to MS assays, we are able to produce AI minibinders and ELISA assays for the target of your interest and transfer the study into your hands. This is especially valuable when running the assay long-term in-house. In such cases, we transfer all protocols, or we supply you long-term with the minibinders for your assay.
